La 6e exposition de machines du Kazakhstan s'est tenue du 23 au 25 avril 2025 \u00e0 Astana. Il s'agit du plus grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement industriel d'Asie centrale, ax\u00e9 sur le traitement et la d\u00e9coupe des m\u00e9taux, le soudage, l'automatisation industrielle et la robotique. L'exposition a rassembl\u00e9 les principaux fabricants et professionnels d'Asie centrale et des pays et r\u00e9gions voisins, qui se sont r\u00e9unis pour explorer de nouvelles solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors du salon, XT LASER \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la Metal Station avec sa machine de d\u00e9coupe laser pour plaques et tuyaux HT1530 et sa machine de soudage laser portative, d\u00e9montrant des solutions efficaces pour la d\u00e9coupe de plaques et tuyaux m\u00e9talliques, qui sont la cl\u00e9 pour gagner sur le march\u00e9 concurrentiel actuel de la transformation des m\u00e9taux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Machine de d\u00e9coupe laser HT1530 pour plaques et tuyaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La s\u00e9rie HT de XT LASER est con\u00e7ue pour les fabricants de m\u00e9taux qui ont besoin de couper \u00e0 la fois des plaques et des tuyaux. Une seule machine fait double emploi, ce qui permet d'\u00e9conomiser de l'espace et d'obtenir deux r\u00e9sultats de coupe en m\u00eame temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'ensemble du corps de la machine est constitu\u00e9 d'une poutre en aluminium a\u00e9ronautique et d'un banc recuit \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, ce qui assure une grande r\u00e9sistance aux vibrations, une grande pr\u00e9cision de coupe et des r\u00e9sultats stables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La partie coupe-tube utilise une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de mandrin haute performance, qui peut prendre en compte les trois fonctions principales de serrage, d'alimentation et de rotation, avec une vitesse maximale allant jusqu'\u00e0 130r\/min et une vitesse d'alimentation maximale allant jusqu'\u00e0 125m\/min, ce qui permet de couper efficacement les tubes m\u00e9talliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le premier jour de l'exposition, nous avons r\u00e9colt\u00e9 plus de cinquante mat\u00e9riaux destin\u00e9s aux clients, et pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l'exposition, nous avons distribu\u00e9 trois cents mat\u00e9riaux.
